Under the Sea

This is for the A to Z Challenge.

In case you haven't realized, this post is inspired by the song, "Under the Sea" from the movie The Little Mermaid.

Ariel and Sebastian have a good relationship. In the song, he sings about what makes living under the sea so spectacular to have Ariel stay in that world instead of venturing to the outside world. Despite this, we all know what happens. Ariel strikes a bargain with the villain Ursula and ends up being made human and falls in love with Eric. And they live happily ever after.

As a young child, I absolutely loved this movie. There's beauty in everything, whether it's under the sea/river/ocean or the outside world. You can't go wrong with nature.

Happy Reading and Keep on Writing!

  1. I love this movie, too, and so does my daughter. Some of the best Disney music came from it — Part of Your World, Under the Sea, Kiss the Girl. It's a winner all the way around. :)
